I bring a foundation in user research methods and techniques to my work as an information architect and user-experience designer. Gathering and analyzing user data from the respective online user groups is the first step in architecting a successful online user experience.
I will use any of the following methods to learn as much as possible about your end-users prior to and during the development process: User Interviews, User Case Scenarios, Questionnaires, User Feedback, Focus Groups, User Tests including task performance and thinking aloud.
