- 6 years web-specific experience envisioning enterprise online strategies, implementing user experience methodologies and best practices

- Strong team building and leadership skills: experience has included developing and leading international teams comprised of end-users, customers, sales, marketing, product management, developers and executive management

- Highly effective project manager, presenter and writer

- Language skills include fluent German and conversational Spanish

- Industry experience includes healthcare, financial, software (high tech), and higher education
